| The Ideal Candidate |
You will have a Bachelor degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized university and a minimum 10 years experience managing a testing facility and knowledgeable with ASTM, AASHTO and CCIL test methods. |
| Responsibilities |
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Project Management of multiple Materials projects
•Working on a variety of small to large projects spanning from new construction design, construction review, rehabilitation work and forensic analysis.
•Client management.
•Preparation and review of materials engineering and testing reports.
•Pavement mix design and/or design review as well as pavement designs
•Material condition assessment and development of remedial work and/or rehabilitation work
•Mentoring, coaching and training of less experienced professionals as required.

| Requirements |
•Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Science, Civil
•Professional Engineer in good standing with APEGGA, or the ability to obtain the professional designation.
•Minimum10 years experience managing a testing facility and knowledgeable with ASTM, AASHTO and CCIL test methods
•An individual with an good business acumen.
•A self starter who is innovative and enjoy working in a team environment.
•Direct project experience on Alberta Transportation projects would be considered an asset. |
